Job Description:

  • Develop a growth strategy for the region (s) to generate demand of GSRD LED lighting products.
  • Relentlessly generate demand by prospecting, quoting and closing new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationship, engaging high level/ key decision makers for GSRD LED lighting products for outdoor applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing on segmentation analysis and marketing initiatives including design and development of marketing communications and collateral.
  • Build, maintain & drive robust pipeline of opportunities to grow sales revenue and drive market share growth.
  • Appoint Channel partners and developing new market avenues.
  • Work to create a business environment for success in municipal and government business.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
  • Delivery of sales performance as per the monthly budget including stretch plan.

Performance Standards:

  • Sales performance versus budget.
  • New initiatives to drive exponential business growth.
  • Follow-up of projects secured by each of target market segment opportunity.
  • Continuous updates on market activity by competitors.
  • Weekly review of call reports and market intelligence.
  • Delivery of sales performance as per the monthly/quarterly/yearly budget including stretch plan and accuracy of forecast given by customer/project.

Desired Skills, knowledge & Experience:

MBA/B.Tech/ M.Tech with 5+ years of industry experience.

Experience in Industrial, Govt, Municipalities, Sales etc.

Good communication skills.

Good Knowledge of Govt Tender fulfillment for Empanelment, Orders Etc.
